On episode 83 of the show we are joined by Franz Klintsevich, a Russian politician, member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Head of the Russian Union of Afghanistan Veterans and a retired colonel of the Russian Airborne Forces. Klintsevich is also an ex-first deputy chairman of the defense and security committee of the upper house of Russian parliament and a former representative of the Smolensk region administration. He joins us today from Kursk.
